Pam interviews Lorraine Long about the negative thinking patterns, and negative self-talk, which kept her bound to an eating disorder that almost took her life. We discuss three major steps that can help us bring our thought life into control, and how to replace negative self-talk with the positive and loving way Jesus sees us. We'll make a declaration together on how we are God's masterpiece, and Pam shares a great tip for burning an extra 350 calories a day - and you don't even have to stand up to do it!
